Man Busted Again For Using Fake ID To Open Bank Account: Warren County Prosecutor
A 52-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested for the second time in recent days, this time in Warren County, once again a fake ID to open a bank account, authorities said.
On Tuesday, July 30, at 11:39 a.m., Greenwich Township Police responded to the TD Bank on Route 22 for a report of a man, later identified as Luis Godoy, using a fraudulent information to obtain a TD Bank credit card, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office said.

Beloved Tow Truck Driver Struck, Killed While Responding To Hunterdon County Crash, 26
A beloved 26-year-old tow truck driver was struck and killed while responding to a Hunterdon County crash scene Tuesday afternoon, authorities confirmed.
Gary Vondrasek, 86, was driving a 2014 Cadillac Escalade westbound in the left lane of Route 22 near the Phillips 66 Gas Station in Readington when he drifted into the median and hit a disabled vehicle and tow truck driver, identified as Seth Newton, just after 3 p.m., Readington Township Police said.
Newton, of Readington, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A popular Phillipsburg diner is permanently shuttering this weekend.
The Red Rose Diner on Route 22 is closing its doors Sunday, May 2 at 3 p.m., according to a post on its Facebook page.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of the Red Rose Diner,” reads the post.
“To our staff, you have shown grace, warmth, and dedication, and our gratitude for you all is immeasurable. To our customers, thank you for all the wonderful memories, the laughter, and the loyalty that you have shown us over the past four years.”
