Two suspects remain at large after they brandished a boxcutter while taking merchandise from a Sephora in Morris Plains on Sunday, Jan. 28, authorities said. At 7:14 p.m., two men entered the Sephora store within Kohl's Department Store at 1711 Route 10 East and took $1,700 worth of merchandise, Morris Plains police said. The duo were confronted by store employees while leaving the store but one of the suspects brandished a boxcutter and they exited the store, police said. Three dozen Bed Bath & Beyond stores in New Jersey are among 87 locations scheduled to close in 2023, the struggling retailer announced. That brings the total number of Bed Bath & Beyond locations scheduled to close to at least 162 announced since September 2022. Police Seek ID For Man Who Used Counterfeit Cash At Morris County Chick-fil-A
Know him? Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say used counterfeit cash at a Morris County Chick-fil-A restaurant. The man pictured above used a $100 bill to pay for his meal at the Route 10 East store in Morris Plains around 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, local police said. The suspect — who ordered under the name ‘Prince’ — then received $86.69 in change and drove away in a dark-colored luxury sedan, police said. Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity is asked to contact the Morris County Sheriff’s Office CrimeStoppers at 973-COP-CALL.

Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say vandalized a Morris County Chick-fil-A restaurant Thursday. The man — pictured above — purchased food from the Morris Plains location on Route 10 East before drawing graffiti on what appears to be a restroom door, according to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office.
