Man Killed In Route 78 Crash: Coroner A 64-year-old New York driver was killed in a crash on Route 78 in Warren County, New Jersey on Sunday, March 10, authorities said. At 5:43 p.m., Carmen Berretta, of Albany, NY, collided with another vehicle on Route 78 eastbound in Pohatcong Township, the Lehigh County, PA Coroner's Office said.  Berretta was taken to St. Luke's University Hospital in Bethlehem, PA where he died of his injuries at 10:04 p.m., the coroner's office said.  The coroner's office and New Jersey State Police are investigating the crash.

The victim suffered multiple fractures and head trauma, the report says. A NorthStar medical helicopter was requested and later canceled.
