Haneef Welch was charged with first-degree murder and related weapons offenses for gunning down Eric C. Williams in Plainfield, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel said. Man Charged In Deadly Union County Stabbing A 52-year-old man has been charged in a deadly Plainfield stabbing, authorities said.  Marcelo Ixcuna-Castro killed Jose Maria Ixcuna-Chach, 37, on the 500 block of W Front Street around 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 28, Union County Prosecutor William A.
