Victim Airlifted In Phillipsburg Apartment Fire [Developing] At least one victim was airlifted following a fire that broke out in a Phillipsburg apartment complex Tuesday morning, according to developing reports. The fire broke out at Village Arms Apartments at 451 Heckman St. shortly before 10:25 a.m., according to initial and unconfirmed reports. A Northstar medical helicopter was requested for a victim with a landing zone at Phillipsburg River Park, the initial report says.
