Morris County Musician Matthew Fordney Dies, 39: ‘Heart Of Gold’ Morris County musician Matthew Brian Fordney of Lake Hopatcong died Sunday, Nov. 19, aged 39. Born in York, Pennsylvania, Matthew went to Jefferson Township High School before graduating from the County College of Morris with a music degree, his obituary says. He is remembered for his incredible skill and spirit as a musician. He spent much of his time in high school in marching band and various singing groups and participated in the New Jersey All State Choir. 'Beautiful Soul:' Bethlehem Native Andrea Dolak Dies After Fearless Colon Cancer Battle, 38 Bethlehem native and Penn State graduate Andrea Marie Dolak died on Thursday, Nov. 10 after a fearless battle with colon cancer. She was 38. Andrea attended Freedom High School, where she participated in the Marching Band and the Fife & DrumCorps and sang in chorus before graduating with the class of 2002, her obituary says. She went on to study rehabilitation and human services at Penn State and earned her bachelor’s degree in 2006. Olivia Sybesma, 19, was a devoted mother, one who quit any further formal education after graduating from Mahwah High School in order to care for her nearly-1-year-old daughter, Layla Rose.
