Services have been scheduled for Nicola Domenico Colangelo, the 14-year-old boy who was tragically killed while riding his bicycle on Monday, March 10. A lifelong resident of Woodland Park, Nicola was a freshman at Passaic Valley High School. According to his obituary on the Santangelo Funeral Home website, Nicola participated in the Woodland Park recreational basketball and baseball teams, the travel basketball team, and the Totowa Tigers football team. The 17-year-old succumbed to the sudden effect of AML Leukemia, which began Christmas night, his obituary says. Robbie grew up playing lacrosse, football and basketball.
