Denville Woman Arrested After Fleeing Crash, License Plate Left At Scene: Police
A 48-year-old Denville resident was arrested after fleeing the scene of a crash on the early morning of Monday, March 11, police said. At 12:45 a.m., Denville police responded to a crash at North Shore Road, officers said. A vehicle driven by Laura Decroce fled the scene prior to officer's arrival, though the license plate of the vehicle was left at the scene, police said. Flat Tire, Popped Airbags Don't Deter Wayne Driver Trying To Outrace Franklin Lakes PD
A repeat offender tried to outrace a Franklin Lakes police officer with a flat tire and his airbags deployed, authorities said. Needless to say, he didn't get far. Officer Kevin Shutrop spotted the crippled Toyota Camry at the traffic circle at Franklin Lake and High Mountain roads shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, Police Mark McCombs said.
