Timothy Puskas is a free man. The one-time convicted killer was released on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from MIddlesex County Jail, after winning a second trial on a murder charge, according to his attorney, Joseph Mazraani. Four juveniles and an adult were hospitalized in a double SUV crash on Route 80 Wednesday, Nov. 15, state police said.
