A 20-year-old man police say committed a strong-armed robbery in Easton has racked up a laundry list of former criminal charges ranging from car break-ins to gunpoint robberies. Elijah Whittingham was identified as the suspect and remains at large following a robbery on the 100 block of S. 15th Street around 3:10 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, WFMZ reports citing local police. A 24-year-old Lehigh Valley man identified as a person of interest in Tuesday’s deadly attack on a mother and her son in New Jersey has been charged with evidence tampering after he deleted text messages while being interviewed by detectives, LehighValleyLive reports.
