A man is at large in Bridgewater after he masturbated at Target twice on Thursday, May 23, police said. Officers responded to the Target at 200 Promenade Blvd. on a report of a man masturbating in front of another customer, Bridgewater police said in a release. Two hours prior, he had masturbated in front of a customer at the same Target without them realizing, police said. Police have released details and made an arrest in a nearly five-hour SWAT standoff involving a hostage Friday, Nov. 10 in Somerset County. Police received 9-1-1 calls saying a man later identified as Alonzo D.
