Feds: Undercover Detective Nails Pair Trying To Strong-Arm Jersey Shore Dad Out Of $200,000 Two Brooklyn men who tried to strong-arm a Jersey Shore man into giving them $200,000 were tripped up by an undercover detective posing as the victim, federal authorities said. Francis A. Garzon, 30, and Endrit Kllogjeri, 26, were both charged with conspiracy to commit extortion in an indictment returned by a jury in U.S. District Court in Trenton. Garzon, Kllogjeri and an unidentified conspirator plotted to shake down the Marlboro victim and his son, who lived in Brooklyn, according to the indictment.
