20-Something Man Wounded In Passaic Projects Shooting A 21-year-old man was in stable condition after being shot Monday at Passaic's largest public housing complex, responders said. The victim arrived at St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic with injuries that weren't considered life-threatening following the shooting at Alfred Speer Village on Aspen Place near State Street around 4 p.m. May 1, they said.
