Motorcyclist Airlifted After Colliding With Mazda In Sussex County: State Police

A motorcyclist was flown to a nearby hospital after colliding with a Mazda in Sussex County late Monday morning, Sept. 4, state police said.

The motorcyclist and Mazda collided on Route 23 northbound near milepost 48.9 in Montague just before 11:25 a.m., NJSP Det. I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice.

The motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Lebron added.

No further details were released.
