Benjamin P. Ritter, of Washington Township, became the center of an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit in mid-September, Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Prepubescent Child Porn Found On Bergen County Teen's Devices: Prosecutor An 18-year-old Lodi resident was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Oct. 15, with possessing child pornography, authorities said.
