Jayson Moralessales, of Orange, agreed to meet the seller in person to buy the tool, but instead, fled with the item without paying on Oct. 5, police in Bloomingdale said. Bloomingdale officers had responded to a local home on Sept. 19, when they discovered two safes, " which officers reasonably believed contained illegal firearms," the department said in a news release. 'Shocked' Package Thief Arrested After Pursuit In Passaic County, Police Say A 23-year-old man was arrested after police saw him swipe a package from a porch in Passaic County then brought officers on a foot pursuit. A Bloomingdale resident who recently had a different package stolen called police saying they were expecting a new iPhone on Tuesday, Sept. 10, local police said.
