NJ Man, 22, Run Over, Killed By Cars On FDR Drive: Nypd A New Jersey man was struck and killed on FDR Drive in New York City late Wednesday, Nov. 26, the NYPD said.  Justin Siguencia, 22, of Belleville, was lying in the northbound lanes when he was struck by a 2026 Honda Odyssey van and subsequently by a 2016 Mini Cooper sedan, just before midnight near East 105 Street, police said. EMS arrived and pronounced Siguencia deceased at the scene, according to the NYPD. Police said the 35-year-old man driving the Honda and the 45-year-old woman driving the Mini Cooper remained at the scene and were not injured. No charges were filed.
