North Bergen Man Attempted To Lure 11-Year-Old: WNY Police A 29-year-old North Bergen man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Nov. 19, after he attempted to lure an 11-year old girl into his vehicle in West New York, authorities said. The attempted luring occurred at 10:45 p.m. at 61st Street and Kennedy Boulevard, West New York police said. The child was not harmed during the incident, police said. Guy McCann was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and attempting to lure or entice a child, police said. McCann is currently lodged in the Hudson County Jail, police said.
