Oakland Man, 55, Charged With Threatening To Shoot Police, Prosecutor Announces A 55-year-old Oakland man was charged with threatening to shoot police, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced on Friday, May 24. Todd Gentile was responsible for β€œan emerging pattern of social media posts threatening to shoot law enforcement officers,” the prosecutor said. Gentile had been in the Bergen County Jail following a similar arrest for making terroristic threats earlier this month, records show. He remained held Friday pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
