Powerball Ticket Sold In Morris County Wins Big It was a sensational Saturday for a lottery player in Morris County. A lottery ticket sold in Chester matched four of the white balls and the red Powerball in the Powerball drawing held on Saturday, winning $50,000. The ticket was sold at Krauszer's at 95 West Main St.  The winning numbers were: 01, 31, 43, 55, and 57. The Power Ball number was 22.

Community Rallies For 'Legendary' 75-Year-Old Morris County Restaurant Bill's Luncheonette has been a Chester institution for 75 years, though the restaurant has seen better days. The restaurant — which has previously served as a post office, vacuum repair outpost, and general store — announced on Friday, Aug. 30 that it would be closing for the foreseeable future.  A fundraiser has raised more than $20,575 as of Thursday, Sept. 5, a day after its launch.
