Mercer County Man Arrested In Dad’s Fatal Beating: Prosecutor A 23-year-old man from East Windsor has been arrested in the fatal beating of his father, authorities said. Yu Chavarria, 23, was charged with second-degree manslaughter, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri East Windsor police responded to a residence on Twin Rivers Drive North at approximately 7 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25, for an unconscious male, Onofri said.  Police found 58-year-old Edgar Chavarria on the kitchen floor bleeding from his head and face, Onofri said.
