Husband Charged In NJ Crash That Killed Wife, Prosecutor Says
Two drivers including the husband of a woman killed were found at fault in the Route 9 crash last month in Old Bridge, authorities said. Benjamin Futerman, 32, of Manalapan, and Wilson Familia, 22, of Old Bridge, have both been charged in the June 2 crash on Route 9 at Ferry Road that left Kristina Godich dead and several others injured, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Old Bridge Police Chief Thomas J. Former Hightstown Youth Football League President Stole $16K: Cops
A former president of a youth football and cheerleading organization in Mercer County has been arrested for stealing $16,000, authorities said. Luis O. Albino of Hamilton was charged with theft in the incidents reported by Hightstown Rams Youth Football and Cheerleading, according to West Windsor police. The thefts were reported by the current president of the organization, police said. She observed multiple unauthorized $2,000 withdrawals. A disgraced former broker and investment advisor is now under federal indictment for stealing more than $3 million from clients that authorities said he used to gamble and buy gold coins and a new house in Bergen County. A 70-year-old confessed bank robber from Little Falls was sentenced to five years in prison Friday for holding up banks four days apart in Wayne and Pequannock.
