Khyzir Davis, 18, of Trenton, was charged with one count of third-degree distribution of heroin, while Malik Wade, 25, of Trenton, and Garfield Anderson, 20, of Ewing, were charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin, Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Warren County Man Threatened To Kill Officers During Questioning: Police A 49-year-old Warren County man is facing charges for allegedly threatening to kill police officers, authorities said. Brian W. Kelly, of Phillipsburg, was charged with simple assault and terroristic threats following questioning on Saturday, April 2 at his Stonehenge Drive home, Lopatcong Township police said. Officers responded to the scene around 8:45 p.m after receiving a report of a dispute, they said. Kelly was being held in Warren County Jail pending a detention hearing.

Police: 2 Charged With Selling Heroin, Crack Cocaine In Hunterdon County Two people have been accused of selling heroin and crack cocaine in Hunterdon County, authorities said Wednesday. Gabriella Finazzo of Frenchtown and Rahshad K. Wells of Trenton were arrested August 28, Flemington Borough Police said. Finazzo and Wells were charged with distribution of narcotics and possession of heroin and crack cocaine. Both were held at the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department and transported to the Warren County Jail. The investigation was conducted by the Flemington Borough Police Department and the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force.
