A 36-year-old man from South Jersey has been charged with the murder and assault of a couple during a burglary, authorities said.
Zachary M. Adamo, of Millville, was charged on a warrant with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, burglary, contempt, obstruction, tampering with evidence and weapons offenses, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.

A 28-year-old Ohio man has been convicted in connection with a double-fatal shooting in Cumberland County, authorities said.
Michael R. Loftin, Jr., of Cincinnati, OH, was convicted after a 12-day jury trial of first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
Loftin was acquitted on Wednesday, Aug. 9 of two counts of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses, she said.

A 27-year-old Toyota driver was killed in a head-on crash involving a Porsche in Vineland on Wednesday, July 26, authorities said.
The crash occurred at 5:22 p.m. on State Highway 55 southbound in Vineland, according to New Jersey State Police.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a Toyota passenger car operated by Ludwig Buch, of Bridgeton, was traveling north when he crossed the grass center median and impacted a southbound traveling Porsche Cayenne, State Police said.
