US Marshals Nab Trenton Gunman Who Killed Innocent Bystander: Authorities A 34-year-old fugitive from Trenton has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in connection with a shooting that left an innocent bystander dead, authorities said. Rasheed Funderburg had been fighting with a younger male on the 330 block of Rutherford Avenue on Friday, April 14, when the younger male fled, according to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri.
