These 10 NJ Stop & Shop Stores Have Closed
New Jersey officially has 10 fewer Stop & Shop stores.
The 10 underperforming locations closed were among 32 nationwide that the grocer announced would be closing by year's end.
Stop & Shop has kept 350 stores open, including 47 in New Jersey.
The stores that closed on or before Nov. 2 were:

Jersey Shore Man Admits Making School Threats, Setting Backpack On Fire: Prosecutor
A 40-year-old man from the Jersey Shore has admitted to making school threats, and in a separate incident, setting a backpack on fire, authorities said.
Shaun Giberson of Point Pleasant Beach pleaded guilty on Friday to making terroristic threats and arson, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
At the time of his sentencing on Feb. 25, the state is recommending a state prison term of five years on each offense, to be served concurrently, Billhimer said.

A former standout Irvington High School athlete died the day after a Route 22 crash in Newark that killed two young dancers at the scene, and left two others critical, authorities said Wednesday.
Taylor Hill, 19, and Kamal Johnson, 18 -- both of Newark and former dance majors at Arts High School -- were passengers in a Cadillac sedan that crashed in the eastbound lanes of Route 22 Tuesday around 11:10 p.m., Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities: Contractor Who Stole 1,600 Masks Intended For NJ Hospital Had Accomplice
UPDATE: Authorities charged a second electrical contractor with stealing 1,600 respirator masks intended for a New Jersey hospital.
Stephen Milligan, 54, of South Amboy, conspired with Kevin R. Brady, 49, of Point Pleasant Beach to steal the masks from a Prudential Financial building in Iselin, New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said Friday.
Investigators arrested Brady two weeks ago and charge him in the theft.
Both he and Milligan had access to storage areas in the building, where they swiped seven to eight cases of N95 coronavirus respirator masks, Grewal said.

Contractor Charged With Stealing 1,600 Masks Intended For NJ Hospitals
An electrical contractor stole 1,600 respirator masks intended for a local hospital from a Prudential Financial building in Middlesex County, state authorities said Thursday.
Kevin R. Brady, 49, of Point Pleasant Beach had access to storage areas in the Iselin building, state Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Brady swiped seven to eight cases of N95 coronavirus respirator masks, each case containing 200 masks, between March 27 and April 1, Grewal said.
