Driver Rescued From Marsh After Fleeing Atlantic City Expressway Crash: State Police
A Westchester County, NY, man was arrested after he allegedly fled a crash on the Atlantic City Expressway, authorities said.
Jerome Reed, 34, of Peekskill, was rescued about five hours after the crash from a nearby marsh and charged with eluding, New Jersey State Police said.
Troopers were called to the single-vehicle crash at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, Sgt. Philip Curry, a State Police spokesman, said. The crash occurred in the westbound E-ZPass lanes of the Pleasantville Toll Plaza, he said.

South Jersey Traffic Stop Leads To Cocaine Charges: Police
A traffic stop in South Jersey led to drug-dealing charges, authorities said.
On Monday, Nov. 14, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Pleasantville Police Officer Enrique Badillo initiated a motor vehicle stop in the 400 Block of West Delilah Road, after observing a blue BMW SUV with an inoperable headlight, police said.
The driver, later identified as Elvis Gonzalez, 29, from Egg Harbor Township, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Pleasantville.
A search of Gonzalez found 4.25 ounces of crack cocaine, 8 grams of powder cocaine and $60 cash, police said.

6 Arrested In South Jersey Drug Bust: Police
Citizen complaints about alleged drug-dealing activities led to the arrest of six people in Pleasantville, authorities said.
The arrests followed a warranted search at 132 North First St., police said.
Arrested were Messiah Burton, 19, of Pleasantville; Edwin Eaton, 45, of Pleasantville; Natalie Camagna, 39, of Pleasantville; Satrina Watson, 55, of Egg Harbor City; Ronald Holloway, 51, of Atlantic City; and Daniel Ravese, 36, of Somers Point.
All six were being held on multiple drug and weapons charges in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending detention hearings…

A traffic stop resulted in the recovery of two handguns, ammunition and drugs in South Jersey, authorities said.
On Saturday, Aug. 13, at 11:36 p.m, Pleasantville Police Officer Michael Mabkhouti located a stolen vehicle unoccupied on Lafayette Circle.
While investigating the stolen vehicle, another vehicle was believed to be in the area to recover the stolen car. The vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign.

Three Cars Collide In South Jersey: Police
A chain-reaction collision occurred in Pleasantville, authorities said.
On Monday, May 23, at approximately 4 p.m., police responded to a three-car, motor vehicle crash on the 200 Block of East Delilah Road. The vehicles were traveling westbound on East Delilah Road approaching the intersection of Atlantic Avenue.
As the vehicles slowed due to heavy traffic, a rear-end collision occurred causing a chain reaction, police said.

Two New Jersey men have been indicted in the fatal shooting of an Atlantic City man, authorities said.
Jahmil Greenidge, 28, was murdered on May 19 in Atlantic City, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill.
Denzel Garrison, 28, of Newark, was indicted by an Atlantic County Grand Jury on first-degree murder, first-degree conspiracy and weapons charges, Shill said.
Laquine Demby, 30, of Pleasantville, was indicted for first-degree murder and first-degree conspiracy, Shill said.
