'Life-Threatening' Allergy Prompts Recall Of Wegmans Hummus In 8 States A popular hummus sold at Wegmans in eight states and the District of Columbia has been recalled by the company, the FDA announced on Feb. 3.  A producer for Wegmans, Summer Fresh Salads Inc. of Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada has recalled Wegmans Harissa Hummus Topped With Harissa, according to the FDA.  The recall was prompted due to undeclared sesame in the produce. The company explained that people with sesame allergies "run the risk of [a] serious or life-threatening allergic reaction[s] if they consume [this] product." Unidentified Woman Hit, Killed Crossing Bridge To NJ: Troopers Investigators are still working to name the woman hit and killed on the Trenton Morrisville Toll Bridge Thursday morning, Jan. 11, state police say.  The victim was headed toward New Jersey in the northbound lanes of the bridge and walking along the concrete divider when she was hit by a tractor-trailer around 6:15 a.m., troopers said in a release.   The crash knocked her over the divider into the southbound lanes, where two passing cars both struck her, authorities said.
