Babies Among Victims Depicted In Child Porn Downloaded By South Jersey Repeat Offender: Feds
A Burlington man previously convicted of downloading child pornography admitted to committing the same crime, authorities said. Charles Borrelli, 62, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Sept. 25 to receipt of child pornography, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. According to court documents and statements, Borrelli downloaded pictures of child sexual abuse on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. 14 Men Arrested On Child Porn, Endangerment Charges In Ongoing Jersey Shore Sting: Prosecutor
A series of investigations led by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Unit and the Monmouth County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force has resulted in the arrests of 14 men this year, authorities said on Thursday, Aug. 11. A South Jersey man was sentenced to a plea-bargained five years in state prison for trafficking child porn. Detectives monitoring a peer-to-peer file-sharing network popular with sex offenders found files shared by Robert N. Mahmud, 51, of Carneys Point, authorities said.
