Atlantic City Man Arrested With Loaded Handgun A 23-year-old man from Atlantic City was arrested with a loaded handgun and ammunition, authorities said. At 4:46 p.m., detectives of the Special Investigations Section arrested Daniele Tuitt in possession of a loaded handgun, police said.  Detective Alberto Valles was conducting surveillance when he observed Tuitt crossing Route 30 near North Carolina Avenue. While Tuitt was walking, Valles reportedly observed him remove a handgun from his waistband and then put it back, police said. Tuitt was arrested without incident.
