Imprisoned Harvey Weinstein Tests Positive For Coronavirus Convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein has tested positive for the coronavirus, the head of the New York State corrections officers union confirmed on Sunday. Weinstein, the 68-year-old former movie producer serving a prison sentence for sexual assault and rape, was placed in isolation at Wende Correctional Facility, said Michael Powers, president of the New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association.
