Both Drivers Killed In Head-On Bucks County Crash A man and a woman are dead following a two-car crash in Bucks County Sunday afternoon, state police have announced.  It happened on I-295 in Middletown Township at around 3:20 p.m. on Feb. 26, troopers said.
