Suspect In NJ Councilwoman's Murder Extradited From Virginia: Prosecutor A 28-year-old suspect from Virginia in the murder of Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour has been extradited to New Jersey, authorities said. Rashid Ali Bynum, 28, of Portsmouth, VA, was extradited on Thursday, July 27, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone alongside Chief Daniel Plumacker of the Sayreville Police Department. Bynum is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correctional facility pending a pre-trial detention hearing in Superior Court, Ciccone and Plumacker said. TSA officers detected the compact 9mm Smith & Wesson weapon in the man’s carry-on bag as he entered a security checkpoint at JFK, the Transportation Security Administration’s Lisa Farbstein said.
