A 28-year-old Bucks County man is accused of killing his mom by spiking her iced tea with fentanyl then killing her in Philadelphia over the weekend, authorities said. Sean Rivera, of the Morrisville section of Falls Township, drugged his 72-year-old mom, Carol J.
