Toddler Killed By Falling Tree In Bucks County A 2-year-old child was killed by a portion of a falling tree over the weekend in Bucks County, according to the coroner. The child was at his Lower Southampton Township home with his mom and an older sibling when sudden, strong winds swept through the area on Saturday, April 22, Bucks County Coroner Meredith J. Buck said. The tree split, with a section approximately 25 to 30 feet long and 8 to 10 inches wide struck the boy. His mother and sibling were unharmed. Police Seek Man Who Robbed Sunoco Station Wrapped In Vanilla-Scented Trash Bags Police in Bucks County are seeking the public's help identifying a man who they say wrapped himself in "vanilla-scented" white garbage bags while he robbed a local Sunoco gas station early Friday morning. The man forced a clerk into the restroom and demanded Newport cigarettes and an unknown amount of cash, Lower Southampton Township police said.
