Pickup Driver Was Going 75 MPH When He Struck, Killed Cyclist In Burlington County: Prosecutor A 20-year-old motorist from Burlington County has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of a bicyclist in December, authorities said. Dylan Weatherwalks of Chesterfield surrendered to authorities on Thursday, Feb. 3 and was being held at Burlington County Jail pending a first appearance in Superior Court.
