A funeral service for Margaret "Maggie" Browne, a 16-year-old Wyckoff native who was killed in an ATV crash in Delaware this week, will be streamed from the church. “I not only knew this beautiful soul but I got the chance to coach her,” wrote Brianna Johnson of the Shore Pride All Stars competitive cheerleading team in Millsboro, DE. “She was definitely one of a kind. Support Surges For Family Of North Jersey Teen Killed In Farming Accident
Support is surging for the family of a North Jersey teen killed in a tragic farming accident. Brian S. Kardos, Jr., 16, died Friday March 12 in a work accident in Wantage, his obituary says. Born in Newton, Kardos had attended Sussex-Wantage schools and the Sussex County Charter School for Technology before entering the diesel program at Sussex County Technical School, where he was in his junior year. Prosecutor: Freehold Man Faces 5 Years In State Prison For Killing Stolen Puppies
A man from Monmouth County has admitted to causing the deaths of four stolen German Shepherd puppies, authorities said. Daniel McDonald, 26, of Freehold, pleaded guilty on Thursday to four counts of animal cruelty before Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Vincent N. Falcetano, Jr., according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
