Racing Bucks Driver, 19, Charged In Fatal Philly Crash Was Arrested Last Fall At Car Show
A 19-year-old Bucks County driver has been charged in a Philadelphia crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said — even more troubling, he was arrested last October.
Joseph Vannauker, of Levittown, is facing charges of homicide by vehicle, murder, and reckless driving, for the 12:05 a.m. crash on Castor and Aramingo Tuesday, Aug. 22, Philadelphia police said.
Last October, Vannauker was arrested for screaming profanities at police using a bullhorn during and inciting crowds during a car show that caused chaos in Philadelphia streets, Fox29 reports.

Tori Yorgey can't be stopped.
The Montgomery County, PA native was on live television when she was struck by an SUV at the scene of a water main break in West Virginia Wednesday.
“Oh my God! I just got hit by a car, but I’m okay," she told WSAZ-TV anchor Tim Irr. “Well, that’s a first for you on TV, Tori,” Irr replied.
Yorgey, 25, was praised for her resilience on Twitter, where the clip had garnered millions of views.

2 Young Drivers Dead In Wrong-Way Gloucester City Crash
Authorities have identified the two drivers killed in a wrong-way crash that injured three others Friday night in Camden County.
A Buick Century was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-676 when it struck a Toyota Corolla heading north head-on around 10:45 p.m., in Gloucester City, Fox29 reports.
The Buick driver, Amir Kearney, 24, of Clayton, and Toyota driver, Cassandra Sackie, of Woodbury, both died, the outlet says.
Three other individuals were injured, the outlet said.
