At about 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, East Windsor police responded to Motel 6 on Route 33 due to the alarm. An investigation revealed that a motel patron was smoking and activated the alarm., East Windsor police said. Danielle Piscak, 34, of Howell was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of a weapon and of drug paraphernalia, police said. Pedestrian Critically Hurt In Mercer County Crash A 37-year-old pedestrian was critically hurt after being struck by a pick-up truck while crossing Route 33 in Mercer County, authorities said. The truck hit the pedestrian around 8:30 p.m. between Twin Rivers Drive North and Probasco Road, East Windsor police said.  Initial reports said the pedestrian was in traumatic arrest.  He was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick in New Brunswick with life-threatening injuries. Police ID Teenager Killed In Fiery Mercer County Crash Police have identified a teenager killed on Sunday in a fiery crash in Mercer County. Rashawn Young, 19, of Hamilton was driving west on Route 133 when his BMW slid down an embankment, East Windsor police said. Young’s BMW struck a tree and burst into flames about 5:40 p.m. Sunday. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. At about 5:40 p.m. on Sunday, East Windsor police were called on a report of a collision near Route 133 and 1 Mile Road.
