Central Jersey Man Convicted Of Sexually, Physically Abusing Girl For 6+ Years: Prosecutors A Marlboro Township man was convicted of sexually and physically abusing a girl for more than six years, authorities said. A jury found 51-year-old Andrey Penkin guilty of second-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, as well as two counts each of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced the conviction in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Danielle Vincent of Atlantic City had taken her nephew to the Franklin Institute on May 1, and at some point asked a young girl at a children's exhibit to stop splashing water, NJ.com reports. That's when a man and two women -- one of whom was apparently the girl's mother -- began punching and pummeling Vincent, she told the media outlet.
