Major Storm Headed To East Coast: Here's Wintry Mix, Accumulating Snow Map There is increasing confidence that a massive storm headed toward the East Coast will bring accumulating snowfall in areas of the Northeast farther south and a mix of sleet and snow farther north. Snow: 4 Inches Forecast For Philadelphia, Baltimore Up to four inches of snow are expected to coat parts of Suburban Philadelphia, Baltimore, and parts of South Jersey Sunday night into Monday, forecasters say.
