Former New York Congressman Michael Grimm has been left paralyzed from the chest down after a severe horse-riding accident during a polo tournament, and is being treated in New Jersey, CBS News reports citing a friend of Grimm's.
Grimm, age 54, was thrown from his horse in September and is now undergoing treatment at the renowned Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, which has locations in West Orange, Saddle Brook, Chester, and Marlton.

Driver Killed In Route 287 Crash
UPDATE: A driver who was ejected after his Jeep veered off Route 287 and into a tree early Saturday afternoon was pronounced dead at the hospital, authorities said.
Vincent Infinito, 29, of Chester, was in traumatic arrest, unconscious but breathing, following the crash on the northbound highway near Campgaw Road in Mahwah -- north of Exit 59 -- shortly before 1 p.m. May 13, responders at the scene said.

A 23-year-old man was charged with luring, sexual assault, child endangerment and several other offenses stemming from an incident at a Morris County park.
Charles Smalls, 23, was arrested Feb. 23 after the execution of a search warrant, Chester Police said.
Smalls, of Burlington, was charged after a “lengthy investigation” following an unspecified incident at Grove Street Park in Chester last May, police said.
