Witnesses Stop Machete-Wielding Man At Flea Market In Monmouth County
A Berkeley Township man was accused of using a machete to threaten someone at a Monmouth County flea market, authorities said. The 39-year-old Bayville man went into the Collingwood Auction and Flea Market with the large blade at around 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb, 24, Howell Township police said in a news release. Investigators said the man was confronting a 40-year-old Neptune man over money owed for car repairs. Vineland Dad, Towing Company Owner Justin Gary Ricciardi Killed In Crash
Justin Gary Ricciardi of Vineland died following a crash on Jan. 27, according to an obituary published by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home. He was 43 years old. Details in the crash were not immediately known. An avid motorcyclist often found mud-running with friends, Justin was a great cook and loved teaching his 7-year-old daughter, Natalia, how to make pizza pies and cakes, his obituary said. BMW Issues 'Do Not Drive' Warning For Certain Models Due To Potentially Deadly Airbags
Some BMW owners are being advised to not drive their vehicles due to potentially dangerous airbags that could pose a safety risk. The National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued an alert on Thursday, May 4, advising that BMW has issued a “Do Not Drive” warning that pertains to nearly 100,000 vehicles that were produced between 2000 and 2006.
