A 35-year-old Camden man wanted in the March 2022 death of a 39-year-old Cherry Hill man was taken into custody by US Marshals during a traffic stop, authorities said. Troy Leary, 35, of Camden, was charged with second-degree manslaughter in the death of Terence McManus on May 2, in Camden around 6:45 p.m., Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay said. Authorities have arrested a 42-year-old South Jersey man in connection with a bar shooting. Carl Young, of Merchantville, was apprehended on Sunday, March 6, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Pennsauken Police Chief Philip Olivo. Philadelphia Man Sentenced In South Jersey Stabbing: Prosecutor
A 54-year-old Philadelphia man has been sentenced to eight years in New Jersey state prison in connection with a stabbing, authorities said. James Dunlap was on Friday, Feb. 18 by Camden County Superior Court Judge Edward J. McBride, Jr., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay Dunlap was convicted of aggravated assault for repeatedly stabbing a Cherry Hill man who was visiting his girlfriend in Woodlynne in January 2020, MacAulay said. 61-Year-Old Camden Man Fatally Shot: Prosecutor
Authorities have identified a 61-year-old Camden man who was fatally shot. At approximately 9:50 p.m. on Friday, Camden police responded to a residence on the 1400 block of Collings Road. Police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He has been identified as Eric Beverly, 61, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting outside an apartment building in South Jersey, authorities said. At approximately 11:35 p.m. on Thursday, Gloucester police responded to the 1300 block of Blackwood-Clementon Road for reports of gunshots, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C.
