A New Jersey man surrendered to Bensalem police on Friday after he was indicted for causing his brother-in-law's death during a 2022 fistfight, authorities say.
Antwan McKoy, 37, of Maple Shade, NJ, is charged with involuntary manslaughter, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment, said Bensalem police in a release.
According to investigators, McKoy and his wife were visiting her mother at the Bucks Meadow Apartments on June 19 of last year. Michael Whispell, McKoy's brother-in-law, was staying at the apartment at the time.

NJ Man Wanted For Knocking Elderly Man Unconscious During PA Robbery
Authorities are searching for a New Jersey man who they say assaulted and robbed and an elderly man in Pennsylvania.
An arrest warrant was issued for Tyrick Miranda, of New Brunswick, on charges of robbery, aggravated assault, and simple assault in the undated incident, Bensalem police said in a Thursday, Oct. 6 news release.
Miranda punched the 70-year-old man in the face, knocking him unconscious, police said.
He then searched the victim's pockets, stole an unknown amount of money, and kicked him twice in the face before fleeing the scene, according to authorities.

A 27-year-old high school teacher's aide in Bucks County was charged Thursday for having sexually inappropriate contact with underage students, authorities said.
Donnie Reed, of Philadelphia, was arraigned on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors, and related offenses, according to the Bensalem Police Department.
