A Monmouth County golfer who was in high school while on the leaderboard of an LPGA major tournament's final round is returning to the event three years later. The cause of death for former Pittsburgh Penguins player Konstantin Koltsov has been ruled suicide, police in Miami tell Daily Voice. Koltsov, who played for the Penguins from 2002 to 2006, is believed to have leapt to his death from a balcony of a resort in Miami, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Police Department said. A retired Stockton University rowing head coach is battling cancer and looking for a heart transplant, according to a fundraising campaign. John Bancheri was hired in December 2018 as Stockton's first full-time women's rowing coach, the Galloway Township college said.
