'Old Soul:' North Haledon Resident, 29, Killed In Car Crash Police have identified the 29-year-old driver killed in an early-morning crash Tuesday, Sept. 3. Gregory B. Fales, of North Haledon, was heading west on Parish Drive in a Subaru Impreza when he left the roadway, hit a split rail fence, and overturned into the adjacent Passaic County Golf Course property just before 7:30 a.m., Wayne Police Kt. Skylar Cauceglia said. Fales was found unresponsive and unconscious in the car before he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Wayne Memorial First Aid Squad, Wayne Township Fire Department, and St. Joseph’s Hospital Paramedics responded…

North Haledon Woman, 46, Sexually Assaulted At Farmer's Market: Police A 26-year-old Fair Lawn man has been arrested on allegations he sexually assaulted a woman at the Glen Rock farmer's market, police said. Richard Larrivieri allegedly followed the North Haledon victim closely in the Rock Farmer's Market on Prospect Street then rubbed his hands on her thigh and buttocks intentionally just before 4 p.m. Aug. 17, Glen Rock Police Chief Dean Ackermann said.
