A 54-year-old Hammonton man admitted to multiple weapons offenses on Monday, Jan. 27, authorities said.
Victor Martinez is expected to be sentenced to 10 years in prison per the terms of a plea agreement, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.
On Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, Victor Martinez was stopped and searched pursuant to a warrant, authorities said. Inside a backpack that Martinez was carrying, police located a Glock 9mm handgun with two extended magazines along with small quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl, authorities said.

A Pennsylvania man has been charged with murder of the mother of his child and her mother in their New Jersey home this week, authorities said.
Junior Edward, of Lansdowne (Delaware County), PA, smashed a first-floor window of the home on Harrington Circle in Willingboro, and shot Catherine Nunez, 33, with whom he shares an 8-year-old son, and her mother, Marisol Nunez, 54, around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Willingboro Township Acting Public Safety Director Captain Ian Bucs said.

Burlington Man Convicted In Fatal Camden Shooting
A jury has convicted a Burlington man for the 2021 fatal shooting of a man in Camden, authorities said.
Lesure Funari, 25, of Burlington City, was found guilty on Thursday, June 6, of first-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Takwail Bailey of Camden.
Funari was also found guilty of second-degree weapons offenses.
