3-Car Crash Reported On Route 206 South Jersey (Updated) There was a three-car crash on Route 206 in Burlington County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:40 a.m. on Monday, June 24 north of Route 70 (Red Lion Circle) in Southampton, according to the NJDOT. Based on a preliminary investigation, three vehicles were traveling on Route 206 when they were involved in a rear-end collision, New Jersey State Police said. A pickup truck struck a passenger car in the rear, causing it to strike the vehicle in front of it, State Police said. Bicyclist, 14, Dies Days After Route 38 Crash, State Police Say A 14-year-old bicyclist hospitalized after being struck by an SUV in Burlington County a week ago died two days later, authorities said. The teenager was hit on the westbound side of Route 38 at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14 as he tried to cross the highway near milepost 19.1 in Southampton, New Jersey State Police said. Emergency workers brought the 14-year-old to an area hospital where he died on Sunday, June 16, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron, a State Police spokesman. 14-Year-Old Bicyclist Critical After Being Struck By Car In South Jersey, State Police Say A 14-year-old boy is in critical condition after being struck on his bicycle in South Jersey on Friday, June 14, authorities said. The boy was struck by a Dodge around 6:35 p.m. on Route 38 at milepost 19.1 in Southampton, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron. The boy was rushed to an area hospital and no other injuries were reported.

Motorcyclist Crashes In Burlington County A motorcyclist escaped serious injury in a crash in Burlington County, authorities said. Troopers responded to the crash at 5:42 p.m. on Thursday, May 30 on Chairville Road in Southampton, according to New Jersey State Police. Based on a preliminary investigation a Harley Davidson motorcycle lost directional control and the rider sustained a non-life-threatening injury, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available.
