3 Children Among 5 Found Dead In Carbon Monoxide Incident, Authorities Say A man, woman and three children were found dead inside an Ohio home in what authorities believe was a case of carbon monoxide poisoning. The victims were discovered on Tuesday, April 15, after a call to 911 at around 10:45 a.m. reported multiple unresponsive individuals inside a residence in Clay Township, on State Route 7, according to Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin. Gallia County is located in southeast Ohio and borders West Virginia.
